Returns
To initiate a return, please get in touch with us at support@houseoffyora.in.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as received, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Important: The issue must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the product.
For verification, an opening video is mandatory from start to finish (unpacking the package till showing the issue in the product).
- The parcel must be shown clearly before unsealing to ensure it has not been tampered with.
- Any return request without an opening video will be null and void.
Replacements & Returns are only applicable for damaged or defective items.
Customized products cannot be returned or refunded, as they are specially curated for you. Exceptions will be made only if the item is received broken or defective. In such cases, refunds will be issued only in the form of store credit, as replacements will be provided whenever possible.
Store credits will be deducted for shipping and Return-to-Origin (RTO) charges incurred by the brand.
Standard orders can be returned only if defective or damaged.
If your return is accepted (for COD and standard orders), we will send you a return shipping AWB along with instructions on how and where to send your package.
We have a 2-day return policy, meaning you must register your return request within 2 days of receiving the item.

Damages & Issues
- The issue must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the product.
- Inspect your order immediately upon reception and contact us if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can evaluate and resolve the issue.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, or plants)
- Custom products (special orders, personalized items)
- Personal care products (e.g., beauty items)
Please contact us if you have concerns about a specific item.
Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.
Exchanges
We only offer exchanges if the product received is damaged, defective, or mismatched as per your order.
- The exchange request must be submitted at support@houseoffyora.in.
- An opening video (unpacking showing the issue) is mandatory.
- Exchanges may take up to 15 days, including product pickup and replacement delivery.
- Exchanges are only applicable to the same product and cannot be switched for another item.
- If the product is out of stock, store credit or a voucher will be issued, valid for 180 days.
Refunds
Once a return is processed, we will notify you upon receiving and inspecting your item. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
- Refunds are processed via a registered payment partner, as used during the original transaction. No manual refunds will be issued for website orders.
- Refund timelines may vary based on your bank or card provider.
- If 15 business days have passed since your refund approval and you have not received the funds, please contact support@houseoffyora.in.
No returns/refunds will be entertained for customized orders.
Cancellation Policy
- Prepaid Orders cannot be canceled once placed.
- Customized Orders cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded.
- Orders under processing, out for pickup/delivery, or with an assigned AWB cannot be canceled.
- COD Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placing the order.
- If an order is canceled, the amount will be credited in the form of store credits.
